Take a five to ten minutes warm up,
Before each session goes formal,
Cool down after each session is over,
Until breath and heart rate are normal.


Notes for Parents:Our goal is to have healthy hearts
and positive self-worth. Exercised babies cry less and
sleep more. Dad, don't be intimidated by your baby's
small size. She is not a fragile porcelain doll. While
singing softly, passively exercise her extremities as
she lies supine on your bed. Finally, grasping both of
her arms pull  her into a sitting positions-- then gently
lift her into the air sus-pended from your hands. This
warm up helps orient her toward the goal.

Notes to Educators: Parents and Teachers

Dr. Bunn:  Notes to Parents. From the suspended position
noted, swin her slowly back and forth. Her head may fall
backwards but it won't fall off! It gets easier each time
and both Dad and Mom will enjoy this short time together
You will bond more firmly with her and she will learn trust
