The Healthy Jingles for Kids books are designed to help parents familiarize children with the relationship between lack of exercise and wellness activities with future illness, beginning with childhood obesity. Obesity itself leads to diseases such as diabetes, cancer, strokes, heart disease, and Alzheimer's disease, among others, later in life.
These books serve primarily as background information for themselves to support parent's use of the Healthy Jingles for Kids books when familiarizing their children with preventative wellness activities.
This adult books on health and fitness serves primarily as background information to improve parents knowledge of this subject. The e-book also supports parents use of the Healthy Jingles for Kids books when used to familiarize young children about wellness activities.

CONTENT THIS BOOK ON HEALTH AND FITNESS
This book is different from most children’s books in that it uses medical jingles to convey wellness guidelines about health and fitness to young children. The jingle guideline is based on medical literature published by hospitals, medical schools or medical clinics.
“Notes to Parents” follow each jingle to further expand the wellness messages so that parents can explain them to their children. Notes to parents are written by a pediatrician and by a child psychologist.
The wellness activities depicted in the jingles are also represented as full page colored cartoons that use children and animal characters to illustrate the health and fitness messages. These cartoons also include short wellness words to spell, different colors to learn, and wellness activities to recognize.
The above three parts (the jingle, the notes to parents and the color art work) combine to help inform young children about good eating habits and wellness activities they need to know about early in life so they use them later in their lives as they and when they grow up.
